When will my order be dispatched?

Dispatch time depends on the product and is shown on each product page under Shipping, returns & warranty. Items we hold in stock ship first; some PGD and AGM products are ordered from the manufacturer and take longer.

How will I receive my tracking information?

We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Check that your email address is correct at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Email info@mssdefence.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will tell you whether the order can still be changed or cancelled.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Some night vision and thermal products can only be shipped to certain countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it (EU right of withdrawal). Email info@mssdefence.com with your name and order number, then send the product back unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. See our return policy for details.

Are there additional costs, like customs duties, for international orders?

Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the customer.

Do products come with a warranty?

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Where we have the warranty terms, they are shown on the product page; for example, AGM Global Vision products carry a 3-year limited warranty in Europe. Contact us for warranty claims.

Do I need a licence to buy night vision or thermal optics?

Rules differ by country. Some night vision and thermal products are dual-use items under Regulation (EU) 2021/821 and need an export licence when shipped outside the EU. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country when importing, owning or using them.
