The PGD U-line NIJ III is a standalone ceramic hard armour plate tested to NIJ 0101.06 Level III, with special threats. It stops 7.62×51 NATO M80, 7.62×39 MSC and 5.56×45 SS109/M855 with 6 shots per threat, and needs no soft armour behind it. The plate has an edge-to-edge silicon carbide ceramic from Saint-Gobain with aramid backing, in a heat-sealed, water-resistant Cordura cover. It is multi-curved and comes in four ESAPI-cut sizes and a 10 × 12 in shooter's cut.

Which size do I need?
Pick the size that fits the plate pocket of your carrier. Small to XL are ESAPI cut. The 10 × 12 in (250 × 300 mm) plate has a shooter's cut for freer arm and shoulder movement.
Is it sold as a pair?
No. Plates are sold as single plates. For front and back protection, order two.
